About this salary slip generator
A salary slip is the document employees need most and employers produce least willingly — for a home loan, a rental agreement, a visa application. Small businesses often issue them informally, which is exactly when a bank rejects them.

Frequently asked questions
What is usually deducted from a salary slip?
Employee provident fund (12% of basic, usually capped at ₹1,800 a month), professional tax (state-dependent, ₹200 a month in most states), and TDS on income tax. Employers may also deduct loan repayments, notice recovery or canteen charges.
Is a computer-generated salary slip accepted by banks?
Yes, when it carries the employer's name, the employee's details, the pay period, a clear earnings and deductions breakdown, and the net pay. Banks want consistency across months more than they want a signature.
Can I generate slips for several employees?
